Hacking USPS First Class International Mail Question

Hi, I ordered a DSTWO and it got shipped on Feb. 9th via USPS first class international mail. When should I receive my cart? It will e two week on Wednesday, so is it late? Will it come soon? Will it take a while? The site says 1-3 weeks worldwide, but I am located in Canada and the site is American so it couldn't take too long. so when do you think my DSTWO will arrive?

I live in winnipeg, smack in the middle, I ordered from California (dsmonkey.com)

I am now pissed that I bought one because I found out modchip.ca is located in winnipeg so I could have just bought it in person there. What can you do

Yeah, you should've bought from Modchipcentral. My cousin lives in Winnepeg, and he brought me one from there when he came to visit (I live in Calgary).

Yeah! It arrived today, it took one less day than 2 weeks so thats pretty good, 9 business days.
