Hacking Using tickets on another 3ds?

So I backed up my entire memory card that I had my tickets, CIAs installed and of course a9lh and Luma. This was on a o3ds

Can I just take the 3ds folder that contains all the installed cias from my o3ds back up and put it on on the n3ds after I install a9lh and luma and just install my tickets with FBI?

I hope this makes sense.

Well see the thing is...
If you didn't dump your movable.sed you wouldnt exactly be able to decrypt the files in the 3ds folder anyway, So your saves are unreadable on the new console, even if you have the tickets

Damn guess I have to reinstall it all.

Thought it would be simple as just installing the tickets since I have the full sd backed up.

Do you have the xorpads from the original console? I think you can xor them with the source consoles xorpads, then xor them again with the target consoles xorpads to encrypt them with the target consoles data
