Since not64 doesn’t support GamePad but has better performance than Wii64, i’m still using it when playing on TV and Wii64 on gamepad

But its annoying to move save files from Not64 and wii64 everytime.

Can I change wii64 or not64 save folder to only have 1 for both emulator?

you may have to pad the game save or maybe not. I've transferred a ds save to the wiiu as well as pc to wiiu. I know that saves for the wiiu have almost, if any, padding, but the emulators have a ton of it. not here, but in some cases you have to convert saves from big endian and little endian. little endian is a byte reversal, which can get confusing. that shouldn't affect you here, so I think it's probably a padding problem, which will not allow the save save with both emulators. I haven't used either though to know for sure.

I dont understand your answer, what do you mean i have to pad the game save?
I just wanna know if saves folder can be changed somehow for the N64 emulators?

some saves are much larger than they need to be. I think ds game was around 512KB, while the wiiu had no padding, so the save was 8KBs. I think the wiiu uses blocks, just like the wii, which is a unit of measure of 8KBs (just like the ps1).

you cant use the same folder since wii64 saves in wii64/saves and not64 saves in not64/saves but you can use your pc and copy the savefiles to the other side, the save files are identical between not64/wii64 (save states are not identical and wont work) but saves are fine.
