Hello guys, got my micro SD full with games on exfat, also got a USB stick. Can i use retroarch over USB fat32 formatted as second storage option?

Not at the moment. Currently USB supp is only for installing nsp files.

However it will not happen until at least the next libnx release, since the actual hooks to use the switch as a usb host only just got added into the development branch.
I think it might technically be possible on SX OS though.
