Gaming Using RegionFrii on Gamecube ISOS

Is it possible to use RegionFrii to change the region of a Gamecube iso from PAL to NTSC?
Or what other application should I use to do that?

There are several ways.
Burn the image as a GCOS disc for example.
Or use homebrew: load the disc through Gecko OS or Menuloader
