I've read through numerous threads/forums but am unable to find a exact solution or answer to my problem. I have 2 DSi's updated to Firmware 1.4.5U. I have a R4i Gold.
Whenever I put the cartridge in, it appears as Narnia: Prince Caspian the game. When selected, it gives me an error message saying to restart the system and refer to the manual. This is my first flashcart so I'm not super familiar with everything I needed but I followed a couple tutorials. I got the newest Wood R4 Kernal (V1.64) and a patch for the DSi/XL V1.45 both from this site here: http://r4ids.cn/r4i-download-e.htm. Loaded them both into the root of my microSD card but got the same error.
As I scroll through various forums, I'm just trying to find out if I can even use this card on this DSi firmware. I might look into downgrading the firmware using a rasberry Pi. Anyway, any advice is welcome, I'm not really sure even where to start. Thanks!
