Wii Preloader stuck

Hi! so I bought this Wii from marketplace, and when i turned it on it just showed the preloader menu. What should i do?

Hi there, I picked up a nunchuck game pad for the Wii from eBay & I was hoping to use it for Wii64 emulator but it doesn’t seem to work on it.

Any ideas as to how I can get it to work?
