using network update from gen b, will it upgrade to gen d or official

    sorry if its a daft question. i used to use m33 cfw and using network update updated to the latest version of the custom firmware.


    i recently changed to GEN, and im on GEN B. I notice using the network update it offers me an update. WIll this be to GEN D or will it upgrade to official firmware 6 or something?

    It will upgrade you to official firmware 6.10. Never update via WiFi.

    That's only on m33. I think other poster meant never update through wifi using gen.

    This. Just do things manually instead of being lazy. It's better to know what you're doing than to use network update and not even know whether it will work.
