hey guys I wanted to buy a new sd card for my switch I was wondering wether if I can use it or not ? And if I can what should I do ? I use Atmosphere and Fw 6.01

Some people said that it can corrupt my game files ! And what do you mean “where is which game or homebrew installed”
like you'll either need to install all your homebrew apps in all sd cards or youll have to remember which card you put your homebrew or specific game you wanna play in

It doesnt, I have two cards, one 64gb, one 128gb and you're fine, just remember which game is on which card

Having multiple sd cards won't corrupt it.
What can make it corrupt is if you want to swap your sd card and you remove it when your switch is still turned on.

no, the jig is to trigger rcm you don't need it anymore, might as well throw it in the garbage

dude it's the same you have right now, nothing changes, just the contents of the sdcard

you will have zelda on sdcard A and mario party con sdcard B

that's all...

just copy and paste the contents and delete the folder named "Nintendo" (that's where your games are stored)

Best answer ever lol thanks man and also what sd card do you prefer ?

So I’m using EmuMMC and want to use another sd card do I have to format the other card the same way with a hidden partition like I did with the first?

Unless you boot into your NAND, all information is stored on your sdcard, including hekate's boot configurations and eMMC. So if you have two cards, you'll need to set up hekate and eMMC on each of them. There's no shared information stored on the switch itself (other than autoRCM)

So could you have it where one sd card card plays legit games and the other has all the other games so u dont have to switch to stock when u wanna go online?
