Hacking Using Mocha CFW redNAND without Haxchi?

I had some time on my hands and decided to try installing Mocha CFW with redNAND. When I got to Mocha CFW's configuration page, only the first 6 options showed up. After hitting the confirmation button, the Mocha CFW logo appeared on my controller, then I was sent back to the system menu without any signs of it creating a redNand image/partition on my SD card.

On the Mocha config screen, the last three options (SEEPROM redirection, OTP redirection, Use syshax.xml) did not appear on my controller or my tv. Could that have something to do with it?

Is having Haxchi installed a requirement to use redNAND on a Wii U?

You must check "Show advanced options" in Mocha CFW.
Then you can see OTP/SEEPROM and redNAND option.

Oh! I thought "Show Advance Options" was selected by default because of the way the selection screen was formatted!. I feel so silly now.

Thank you @Felek666 and @Cyan for telling it wasn't really enabled by default.
