Hacking Using cheats for nds games on 3ds

I decided to install TwilightMenu in order to run nds games like pokemon platinum on my 3ds. Althouh, I was wondering: using Checkpoint, can I use cheats on the games I installed through the TwilightLauncher? If yes, is there a way to know exactly which cheats I can use on a specific game and/or add any on my own? I really want to evolve my kadabra without trading it ahah

Use the Twilight Menu Updater to download cheats from the "Extras" section. Then when you highlight an NDS title in the launcher and press Y on it, you will need to press X to see and apply cheats. Follow the onscreen instructions for saving selected cheats (iirc it's X again) then back out with B and start your game.

    Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

    @Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.
