Hacking Using a usb drive with the vWii

I have a question about using a usb drive with the virtual Wii. won't a usb loader try to read from my other drive, via a y cable, that houses all of my Wii-U games? how do I make sure it reads from the vWii drive instead? thanks!

The easiest way to do this is simply remove the wiiu hard drive when you want to play stuff on vwii.

which port does usb loader gx use? I'm plugged into the front usb port. the wii-u uses the two back ones.

USB loader gx can only be run from the back usb but I can't remember which one though as not used it in ages. If my memory is right I think the back top one but like I said it's been a while.

for some reason usb loader gx is only detecting my gamecube games.
