Hacking User With No NNID

I have my 1 user for the Wii U but certain games require to play with no NNID. How do I create a secondary user that does not have an NNID to play those games?

I never linked my primary to NNID - I get the popup everytime I turn on to send the confirmation email. Or am I thinking of something diff?

when you created the primary you link it but haven't confirmed it with email. when you create a new account it will ask you if you want to link with NNID. select no.

How do I sign out of my current profile to create a new one?
How would I switch between the two when I want to play a game with my "original" NNID?
