WOW that's scary... i'm glad i bought a AUS N3DS, i'm pretty sure i'd break a JAPaneses one very quickly

can someone who speaks asian confirm that it asks for update? Or does it just ask for wifi switch to be on (i assume u had it disabled...)?

No, I forgot to turn off the switch so it downloaded the update.

I did a System transfer from my 9.2 3DS XL to the 9.2 N3DS XL back when 9.2 was the latest OFW. When I used the browser i don't remember getting that error, of course deems to be only for fresh consoles that have never gone online.

its not an error, just the standard T&C, i skipped setting up wifi when i did the initial setup, so when i went to start the browser i got that screen too...pretty sure its always been there on pretty much every firmware ever, but it is only the first ever time you use the internet

I just received my Ambassador edition. I didn't need to connect to internet to use the browser.
So I give the local option of Gateway a try

But yeah, it seems like nothing happens when you try to use the exploit on the N3DS

On my regular 3DS with FW9.4 (emunand) it shows browser version 1.7567
Well, is that higher or lower then 1.0.9934?
