Hacking usbloader_gx

hi i am trying to load usbloader_gx on this system i am useing wiiflow and preloader v0.30 iso v70 system menu v482 , homebrew 1.0.6 ios 61 v19.26, wii system ver 4.2e
cIOSCORPv3.5.
and getting these errors eg:
1 oops your wii must be in 16:9 mode to see the game wall

2 i am getting a system dump eg: exception dsi occurred !

any ideas thankyou
