Hacking USBLoader and SD card

Ok well i went to go play some SSBB with some friends today and I loader up the USB loader (the GUI) and I selected SSBB and it loaded fine and stuff. However when i went to go and select a stage I made none of my stages were there and I also could not take pictures and save them to my SD card I know it works cus I used the HBC to load the USB loader but SSBB doesnt see the card I guess any else have this problem? anyone know a fix for it?
