Hardware USB PROBLEM

i used win 32 disk image with kali and now my usb cant get formatted and diskpart says i/o error

Check the system-log in eventvwr.exe, when you plug the stick into your pc.
Does it still boot Kali Linux?
I would suggest to try a gparted live cd/usb drive and try to format the stick with it.
