Hacking USB on TV

I have a SmartTV that has USB ports. Is there any homebrew that allows you to plug the Vita to the TV through the charging cord? Or are they just streaming homebrew?

No, But you can stream to a UVC USB. I am not gonna tell you how to make that works It will have to be someone else.
