Hacking usb not recognize

hey i bought a supercard dstwo and my usb thing will not be recognize... well sometime it will but like 2 out a 10000 time only ....what can i do ??????? did the supercard team send me a broken usb microsd reader or can i install something so i can read it ????????

I'm guessing you were probably sent a broken MicroSD reader, since the one that comes with the DSTwo is a generic, brandless one. I dunno if it is worth reshipping that to get a new one, nice quality readers can be found anywhere anyway.
