Is it possible when creating your own skin not to include the background in console_color?? Just keeping the font/text color?

QUOTE(dredd999 @ Apr 21 2009, 08:04 AM) Have been searching for hours now i am sure i saw a post for a guide to making your own custom backgrounds, reason being i want to try and make a ws background of the one posted by Terrulin for a pal wii.

go to my site, click on templates the psd file is in there. just change it in photoshop/paintshop pro

What i want to know is how to use other photos and then place the template with the correct boxes on top of my background with only the boxes for the text and artwork showing.

I know its something simple but i got no clue where to begin.

that's what layers are for

With the current design of the loader, that's impossible.

I guess I am done with Ultimate loader =)

Hope someone could take the work from me and continue on that.

Meanwhile I will join dimok's loader.

Wasn't this your project? http://code.google.com/p/ultimateloader-gui/
I thought that was based on the gui loader, but with the updates from this ultimate one

Where did you get this .gct file? Shouldn't it already have been correctly named?

Well, I used the code manager and created it... I should have said I verified that it was named correctly.

I just can't figure out why it says "No SD Codes Found". I used these same codes with Gecko and they worked just fine.

Was wondering if anyone else might be able to help me with this.

I would assume hes going to add in his modifications from this loader to dimok's one.

Same end result just with 1 team instead of 2 working with the same GUI.

Really liked 7.3 and am messing around with 7.4. One thing in 7.4 that I am not too fond of... is the auto download of Game Covers when the cursor is on a game. Sometimes it really bogs down.

Any chance to have it where you hit button 2... like in 7.3? That way I can choose and pick what I want to do.

I gave up on this. Dimok invited me on his loader, so I can merge the updates to his instead of this one.

I will continue to work on bug fixes on this loader. Please PM me if you see any bug. Thanks =)

Yeah I already knew you were doing stuff for that gui loader. So together with that other - now abandoned - project, I thought that was doing the same thing twice. But now I understand, thanks.

That's the right and very good decision Hubgyip! We could simply ALL merge ourselves to the GUI-Loader thread, so that we refine the ultimate loader in it's new shape "Ultimlate GUI_Loader"!! And this through the tests and so on...

Great.
