is there any option to just list games in the console?

i never cheat or use different lang or video modes
so just the games listed would be perfect
How about original one from Waninkoko?

dont get me wrong the features are great and if i need them they are there, but just without the text would be cool

I did per-game save settings in a config file instead on wbfs, maybe you can find this useful?
I hate to touch wbfs be it for renaming or saving settings...

NEW: cfg v7:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/qmy2n3dtzzh/...Loader_cfg7.zip
Changes:
- Added per-game saved settings (video, language, ocarina)
Per-game settings can be saved/forgotten in the start game screen with button 2.
The settings are saved to sd:/usb-loader/settings.cfg

Thanks for the info!

I am not sure at this moment. I think it depends on people's feedback.

You have my vote for per-game save settings.

So you guys prefer save the settings into SD card instead?

I'm good with the ULTIMATE Loader as it is

I would say SD settings, for the same reason than oggzee I suppose.
There is a fix for the WBFS bug now, but WBFS was only meant to store Wii games, so why not simply store on the SD card, with covers, config.txt, so that all configurations files reside in the same "usbloader" folder.
This way users can access the per-game settings file, maybe share settings with other people like they could share a titles.txt file.

ok the craziest thing happened when using usb loader 1.4...all i did was try rogue troopers with ocarina and patched vid as well as zelda same settings then upon re-entry to the loader i notice wario ware smooth moves and KOF:orochi has been erased and i have 2 "invisable" no text titles up top above the "a's" in the list it somehow corrupted at least 2 titles?!

Alright, since I am fixing the save settings bug, I will put it into SD card then.

Thanks for oggzee for saving my effort =)

could there be a way for image overlay? for example if you did the covers in a hand you could have a thumb on top like it was holding the box in a hand?

I had the same problem. It had something to do with downloading the covers. Restarting caused them to reappear.

I'm having a weird problem with v6. Everything works except the covers. It's a tad confusing. I think I have all the options enabled

images_path=SD:/images/
background = bg.png
layout = ultimate2
covers = 1
simple = 0
download = 0
console_color=11,4
# 11,4 is yellow on blue
home=exit

I have /images/ on the root of the SD card. However the images no longer load. I have the config.txt in the root of the SD card as well.

Any ideas?

try with v6 1.1 instead of v6 1.4, and with config.txt in SD:/apps/usbloader

think that the problem is this / needs to be left out ! im sure this has been answered here already !

QUOTE(Kosaic @ Apr 13 2009, 11:38 PM) COVERS path info ....

I have found the path for images needs to be:

SD:images/

NOT

SD:/images/

Worked for me ....

I fixed my problem by removing the initial /

images_path=SD:images/

Kinda odd.... but it works now

Can I do a request, please? Not a big one, but why don't you (team) make your GUI compatible with GCN controller or Classic Controller?

And a suggestion. Do you have looked libwiigui? I mean, now that the main functions are completed, you (team) could support TTF fonts and the like.

Thanks
