Hacking USB Loader isnt working for me - Need help

Hi,
i want to use the USB Loader / Wii Flow but im getting a black screen when i load Games.
Can anyone help me out? Here is a SysCheck for my Wii.

Some People told me to use Pimp my Wii but its not working for me,too.

Edit : Nintendont recognizes my USB-Stick. Gamecube Games are working. USB-Loader GX isnt seeing the USB-Stick.

Redone everything with ModMii.
Now its not recognizing my Harddrive (WD Passport / USB Stick SanDisk Cruzer) in USB Port 0.

Only giving me trouble, thought that this would be easy.

Edit : Update : CFG USB Loader is working. But why USB Loader GX isn't? Are there Differences or should i stay with CFG?

Edit 2 : Launching another Game for Example Galaxy 2 - not working.

If i add other GameCube Games it won't detect the Drive anymore.
I delete the other Game it sees the USB Stick.

Mario Strikers Charge works, Galaxy 2 not.
Don't know if there is a restriction, because i have a PAL Model or something.
Doesn't make fun for me. Not getting anywhere to a solution.

Maybe it's the Harddrive can't help myself.

If you think it is a power problem, Did you try Y cable?

Even if drive is using a lot of power, Y cable usually fix the issue, unless You're using 3.5 hard drive..

Also, It might be that you're trying to boot NTSC game in PAL mode, I don't have experience USB loader GX so I can't tell exactly but I'm sure that you can change the graphics mode.

Plus, Can you also check if your ISO is not daulty one? like, try to run it on dolphin or something. If something works and something doesn't, It's most likely that ISO's problem. You can also try dumping it again if you own the title.

I'm not an expert one, but it seems like your cIOS is good. 249 and 250 is in place so I think it's safe to rule out the cIOS.
