I'm starting to think that the issue is not PS3 related but an old memory leak issue.
It's only happening now because PS3 support is using more memory and overlaping existing memory area.

Maybe I could find the real issue with your code dump.
But I didn't keep the .elf file needed to debug, so I'll make a new one.

Could you test v10 please?
This version should work fine (no PS3 support).
I'll release it as 1237 if everything works fine.

shouldn't it be 1236?

1235 is the real build version.
1236 is 1235 uploaded to internal update
1237 is 1235 removed from internal update
so, next release will be 1238 and 1239 (1238 uploaded to internal update)

yes.
I still named the test build 1235 because it was the latest revision with actual changes.

So, I got two confirmation that v10 (and v11) are working fine.
I would like originalHamster to confirm it too, and I'll release it

yes, code dump screen would be useful, if you get one with v11.

Seems like everything is starting to work out, I would have tested but I don't have any of my data backed up and would hate to loose X amount of data

I'd also like to report that the bug I was having a page or so back on r1233 with having 4 GC controls attached to the Wii causing nintendont to freeze on init di with native controls disabled seems to also be resolved in 1235v10

I didn't change anything related to nintendont.
I only removed PS3 controller, which wasn't in 1233 so I don't know how it get fixed... hate it when that happen, I should try to break it again!

Does this mean USB-Loader GX already reached its memory limit?

Also Cyan do you think you can add an option for Nintendont to enable and disable the bios screen per game?

It's doable, but I would prefer a proper nintendont option instead of messing with file copying and moving.
I prefer spending time on fixing other bugs and missing features.

I'm sure nintendont will have the option soon.
Fix commit his work as a work in progress for users to test (users who don't want to test can still use the previous releases, or wait for the proper implementation of that option).

I don't know about USBLoaderGX memory limit, I wish I could have a memory usage map.
if someone know a homebrew doing it, I could add it to the loader too.

it's either:
- reaching memory limit
- old memory leak which get overflowed today with PS3 addition
- memory issue with PS3 itself.

Nobody tested v12 yet?

edit:
no v12 test, no release.
it looks like users prefer using Airline or abdallah mods. As long as they can run nintendont, they are happy...

I would test but like I've said I have no way of backing up my wbfs files, or I would have tested the for bugs, I do however no have a blank 160GB drive I could format it and throw some wbfs files on there see how it works out, the only thing I would love to see changed in usb loader gx is the WiiMote battery display from 4 bars to a percentage like JoostinOnline's power check homebrew, I find the power bars often lie about the battery life left.
for example I was playing NBA 2K14 pressed home to quit the game and the home menu displayed 1 red bar, usb loader GX display's the same thing but when I go to power check it stated 41%, I am using Duracell Quantum AA batteries for the WiiMote they have a power meter so I pressed both ends to check the level and they were at about 40%

I don't know how the batteries are working.
When I'll have time I'll see joostin's Code.

You can do the test with any USB device (even an SD card connected to an USB Adapter to USBPort0).
but not everyone seems to have the recent memory issues. (maybe only users with looooot of games).
I have less than 100 so that's probably why I don't experience it.

But hopefully someone will test v12 and report :)
I'm almost certain it won't work, but I just want to be sure.

I didn't report earlier but I did test v12 and it seems to be stable, also I much prefer an option to enable and disable the bios on USBLGX more than Nintendont tbh because then I can set the settings per game and save it, after all Peach Castle doesn't have an ID as far as I know and I doubt the devs of Nintendont will care enough to add an exception for this game.

if nintendont add this option, it can be per-game in USBGX too.
I don't see the issue.
It's just easier for me to add a nintendont setting "enable/disable", than a file checker/copier, and I'm sure nintendont will add a bios usage option in few days.

v12 worked?
I didn't thought it would. That's good news if it does, it's an easy fix and PS3 is still working.

my 750 GB 2.5" Sata has 399GB of wbfs :) so you see why i've been reluctant to test it

Bios options is available with Abz nintendont mod

there's already an option to enable/disable it in nintendont?
I thought it was force-used if found.

unless it's a simple "delete file from root" if disabled and "copy to root if enabled" which is not the way I want to implement it.

edit:
I checked nintendont sources, there's no option to enable or disable it.
It's always loaded if found on game's partition root.
