When you said "not working" it meant 480i ? or black screen ? or freeze ? picture stutters/blinks? has dual pictures (240p on top, green screen on bottom)? moves vertically ?
No, it just boot normally in 480i, the patch is not applied as the other games.

You tested with ForceNTSC480p + Patch Dol "Enabled" or "All" ?
I tested both, "on" and "all"

Could you send me the main.dol ? I'll check video modes in that game.
Here it's *thanks*

hum, that's strange because one of the video mode included in that dol is TVNtsc480Prog (the one you used to patch the game), so it means the game is compatible with that video mode. On top of that, there are two modes using 480 progressive. Replacing all video modes to this one should work.

TVPal528Prog
TVPal528ProgSoft
TVPal524ProgAa
TVNtsc480IntAa
TVNtsc480Prog
TVMpal480IntDf
Unknown, --> TVMPal480Prog
Unknown --> TVPAL528int(Df or soft)
TVEurgb60Hz480IntDf
Chile's TV Standard is NTSC ? not PAL-M ?

I edited the dol's internal video mode: I kept NTSC480p and replaced all other video modes to MPal480p.
the dol only have 480p choices now, it will choose between NTSC or MPal
The modified dol is in your PM.

Set the settings like that in the loader:

Video mode : System default (should select NTSC480p or Mpal automatically), if not working try Force NTSC480P
Dol patch : disabled (I did it manually)
Alt dol : From sd/usb
put the dol here : SD;/dol/RTNE41.dol

Yes, in Chile the standart is NTSC. The alt dol didn't work either.

Just for testing I put my Wii in 480i, booted ULGX all in 480i, when I boot the game it to changes the video mode to 480p (I noticed that the TV makes a quick refresh in the image when changing between modes), but then it changes to 480i again, maybe it has to do with the in-game code? Not sure why this game in specific refuse to load in 480p, my other 480i native games didn't have that behavoir...

Will try build a new ISO with the modified dol.

Yes, probably the game switching to interlace after it launched, but it's strange that it lists 480p in possible modes if it doesn't use them. The list in the dol is probably a "common choice" provided by their SDK.
Sorry that this game doesn't work :(

Oh, don't worry, you did everything you could, thanks :)
Do you know if Tenchu Japanese or PAL have this same problem?

But, is playing a GC game before restarting the loader what triggers the bug?
That’s a prerequisite. Another prerequisite is having any custom sound file selected (I tried with mp3 and ogg formats).

I can change between lists the first time I load GX and before playing any game, and everything works ok.

The bug really shows up once I change specifically from GC games list to Wii games list or displaying both lists together, but always after having played a GC title and restarted the Wii.

If, after playing a GC title and after restarting the Wii, I change from GC games list to Emu Nand or real Nand games list, there is no codedump.

To display the Wii games list again I have to go to “Settings”, then “Sound” and select the default sound theme. Otherwise, if there’s any custom mp3/ogg file selected, the codedump appears and I cannot select Wii games.

When you say "Play a little" it's playing the game (you said select one of them), or the audio file? DM PADhook setting is important to the bug report? if you don't touch this setting it doesn't bug?
I meant playing the GC game. It is not necessary to play any specific amount of time, the bug happens if I play the GC title, let’s say… for 30 minutes, and also happens if I restart the Wii 2 seconds after the Dios Mios logo disappears and the game starts.

I think the DM Padhook option is not important. I’ve tried also turning the Wii off and on again manually pressing the Power button and the dump happens too.

If you only display gamecube game list without launching the game or changing the setting it's not enough?
you need to select one of the game?
That’s it. If the GC game is not launched, there’s no codedump.

" turn off my Wii or use Dios Mios Padhook" only one of these two possibilities?
I think those two are the only possibilities to restart the Wii while playing a GC title via Dios Mios, since Wiimotes are inactive.

I'm pretty sure Padhook has nothing to do with Audio bug.
I think the DM Padhook option is not important. I’ve tried also turning the Wii off and on again manually pressing the Power button and the dump happens too.

only report useful/minimal elements to trigger the bug.
I've found another way to trigger the codedump: just load GX for the first time while it is playing the defult music and go directly to "Settings", "Sound" and select any custom sound file. USB Loader GX will play it fine. Now select "Play next" or "Play previous" and the codedump will show up.

I thought you meant "the padook setting inside the loader", I didn't understand you meant "after playing the game, exit the game".
it happens only with DM/L ? not with Devolution?
And not with exiting the loader manually to HBC?

I've checked the game booting sequences, all of them disable the audio before launching a game.
I didn't find why having a music played while exiting the loader would hang on next launch or would prevent from displaying Wii games.

The music is played on SD?
Maybe the loader disable all devices to remount them when you first display Wii games.
I'll check all device remounting process.

I thought you meant "the padook setting inside the loader", I didn't understand you meant "after playing the game, exit the game".

I meant Dios Mios Padhook (R+Z+Start or R + Z + B + D-Pad Down). And yes, first playing a GC title, then exit it turning the Wii off manually or using Dios Mios Padhook

it happens only with DM/L ? not with Devolution?
I have just tried using Devolution to play a GC title and, yes, the codedump happens too. Same sequence: loading the game with Devo, then going to HBC pressing the Power button, then load GX again and swap from GC list to Wii list and I get a codedump. Same if I turn off the Wii instead of exiting to HBC.

And not with exiting the loader manually to HBC?
Well, exiting the loader manually to HBC and loading again GX was not triggering the bug until this night. So... yes, the following sequence is triggering the bug too, but not always: load GX for the first time, then select any custom sound, then exit to HBC before selecting any GC title, then loading GX again and swap GC list to Wii list.

The music is played on SD?
At first, all the music files were in my SD. Since I was getting codedumps continuosly and realised it was due to custom music, I moved them to USB, but the results are still the same.

To display the Wii games list again I have to go to “Settings”, then “Sound” and select the default sound theme. Otherwise, if there’s any custom mp3/ogg file selected, the codedump appears and I cannot select Wii games.

Its an old error. I have the same error with all USLGX version. I tried with SD and HDD both nothing. All go to dumps screen. Solution Uses default music

A complete different thing from the audio issue:

Would it be feasible to add savegame emulation for cIOS 222? There are some games that do not work properly when their save data is stored in the USB when using a D2X cIOS, like Zelda Skyward. Using cIOS 222 would do the trick, I think, at least until the cIOS D2X is updated.

It would require adding NAND Emulation to Hermes cIOS (a cIOS update, not the loader).
EmuNAND exists since Waninkoko rev17 (d2x being an update to Waninkoko cIOS rev21).

I don't remember Hermes cIOS being compatible with EmuNAND.
You can launch Wads directly (in wad format) using uLoader, but I don't think it's using an emulated NAND.

uLoader, at least in its last version v5.1E, uses EmuNAND. It is possible to store savegames in SD/USB with uLoader and it automatically installs WiiWare/VC wads in an EmuNAND if those wads are in usb:/nand/install or sd:/nand/install .

Found some bugs with the controls. Dunno how long they've been present, but i'll try to keep it organized since you said to report bugs here instead of Google Code. :)

GC/CC Multiple Controls per button (mentioned on the google code, I forgot to mention it's present on Classic Controller there, so here it is again)
Occurs on 2D Grid View only
X decreases rows AND opens CoverDownload, Y increases cover rows AND opens Details Menu
[Note: On Classic Controller, it's the other way around, X opens Details, Y opens covers, but X still decreases rows and Y still increases rows]
Fix: Increase/Decrease should be mapped to D-pad Up/Down on both GC Controller and Classic Controller

GC/CC Virtual Pointer not working for left/right arrow
Occurs on Carousel view only.
Pressing A on GC or Classic Controller while hovering the left/right arrows on Carousel view doesn't work.
[Note: Carousel should scroll left/right continuously when clicking on these arrows, as it does with the Wii remote's A button]
Fix: Idk, make the arrows work when you press A on CC/GC controllers

GC/CC left/right on d-pad behaviour not match wiimote behaviour (not sure if it's a bug, or if it's intentional, but I figured i'd mention it anyway.)
Occurs on 2D Grid and Carousel view.
Left/Right on D-pad scrolls left/right only once per press, whereas +/- on Wiimote scrolls continuously.
Fix: Dunno, maybe do nothing, maybe map continous scrolling to L/R and leave it alone on d-pad, or just make d-pad scroll continuously.
[Note: If you DO map it to L/R, don't forget to also make L/R scroll left/right regularly on the channel grid]

I asked to report here for video modes problem (as it's easier to talk about it without sending a mail to issue followers for each reply).
But it seems users don't have problem (or didn't test enough games/are not aware of the new revision).

1. The first one you already posted it in the issue thread. I'll remap the row's size to up/down only. done
2. Thanks, I'll add the arrow's clicking feature for GC/CC. done
3. You are wrong, it's doing the same thing with left/right on Wiimote's D-PAD. so all D-pad only move the cover to 1 position. I'll see too add continuous move with GC/CC too. (maybe C-stick/right Stick)done

I am trying to get SSBB to load in my USB Loader GX, latest version because I just checked for a update via the Loader settings. Anyway, I am having issues trying to load the game... I own a retail version of the game, but it has issues with wifi because of a disc scratch, so this copy on my USB is used as a backup. The copy is a good rip, not a bad rip. It is on my 16gb WBFS USB Flash Drive, brand new, just bought at Walmart. The flash drive works because I have tested like 5 other games. Now... when I load USB Loader GX, I find SSBB on there, but in channel view mode, it displays no channel animation, and when I try loading the game, it goes to a black screen, then back to the Home-brew Channel. I have updated all of my IOSes. I used Pimp My Wii, latest version. I followed a tutorial and successfully updated them. I have set the SSBB Game IOS to 222/223, then 249 and none of them are working! I am stumbled on how to fix this... The game transferred 100% to my USB and is in WBFS format. ANY HELP IS APPERICIATED! Thanks and I hope I can get a answer to help!

you dumped the game with USBLoaderGX?
Some users reported that this games has problem when dumped with this loader (as the game has a lot of partition, it seems the loader has a bug).
Try dumping the game with another loader/dumper. (or use WiibackupManager to verify if all the game's data is present using the Sha1 option).
