The only downside I have found to rev12 is the on SMG the intro (bowser stealing the princess) skips, if I play it on rev10 or hermes 222 (36 or 36merge37) it runs fine, I assume this is something to do with my setup and using a cIOS based on IOS38, I also think that I experience better load times on rev10 than 12, but that could be in my mind.

You're not crazy. rev12 does load slower. I only use it for the one game because it has the "no disc in drive" fix and because it doesn't have the reboot bug found in rev13/13b.

is it just me or does this happen to everyone,

everytime I download cover art then go to launch a game I get a code dump.

is this normal?

PS: anyone know when the cover art site is going to be back?

That was an issue in older revisions. Which revision are you using?

newest updated dol, or are you talking about CIOS Rev?

That fix didn't work for me. I deleted my config files, went down to r629 then updated. However it didn't download any wiitdb.zip file so I went to the site and got my own. That's when I got the green screen, so I am assuming that wiitdb.zip file is the cause.

Hmm. Was on 629. Added some more games then booted up GX. Asked it to get normal covers for the games. It downloaded them. Then had it download 3D covers. It reported back only 1 missing cover. Now I seem to have a mix of normal and 3D covers showing. I'd rather have all in 3D. How can I remedy this?

If of relevance updated to 633 after the above.

delete the 2D images of your SD (or USB), then click download 3d covers again

It is the wiitdb file. The loader is trying to load all of that info into memory upon boot. When you update now it downloads a wiitdb that only includes games from you region so there isn't so much info to load into memory.

Ah right. I assumed it downloaded both types but I see it stores only one or the other. Perhaps a toggle in the settings so you can set 2D or 3D and have different SD card paths for both types? Some other loaders do it this way. It would also help compatibility with other loaders making it easier for end users to have only one images directory for all their installed loaders?

Thanks for your help. Keep up the good work guys

Although the latest (r633) is already on the official server.
The "Wii" button still says "Back to HBC or Wii menu" and does not give you the option to go to HBC.

r634 coming soon ???

You only see the return to loader option if you run the program with a loader.
This info is found in the readmii

There is no function in our app (or most apps) to boot the HBC. There is the widely used "return to loader". The way i set it up, if you launched the app from somewhere other than the system menu, you will get the choice to return to the loader. If you loanch this app from a full or forwarder channel, the return to loader function has the same result as the return to system menu, so i made it not give you 2 buttons with the same end function.

Sorry if I'm missing something, but how do I get USB Loader GX to download the wiitdb file for me?

My bad now I know exactly what your saying. The only point it will actually give you the option to return to HBC and actually go there is if you go into HBC then load it from there. Any other time the GX will state that in the text but will not take you there.

Respectfully,
