Ok, but nobody got it working on Rev10?? Does Rev12 break previously installed Wii Menu USB HD Channels the way 13a does?

Break what channel? Mine didn't break on 13a

It broke previous installed USB game channels I made with WBFS Manager. Went back to Rev10 and now they work.

Try it and let us know?

a saw link in this thread somewhere, pretty hard to find again.. It was a link to a program, so that i could stop my Maxtor Hdd from "spin-down" causing a game to freeze..

I hope someone knows the link, and will reply.

AND THX FOR A AWESOME LOADER.
you need maxtor manager and that will stop the spindowns by going into the setting and changing it to never shut down ......

Anyone else losing the pointer after checking for new covers or disc images on r550?

I don't lose the pointer but I have had a couple of times where the pointer is 2-3 inches out, like the finger has to be 2-3 inches below the icon on the screen.

(sry for my english)

i think i need some help here,
i'm using rev543 now for the ghostbuster,
thing really work fine,
but now the problem is the Forwarders,
after i use the r543, the Forwarders got some problem,
if give me black screen when i select it at the wii menu, sometime it work n load my Harddisk,
but mostly it just doesnt load, depend on luck,
when it black screen, i unplug the hd, the usbloader gx select screen will appear,
n ask me like using cios 222, or 249, then i select one, n it say cant detect my hd,
n ask me to reformat it. but if i load the gx from HBC, is no problem at all.
i have try the latest forwarders, also the same,
just how/what do i need to solve this problem?

y there isnt anyone that answer me??
for now, i downgrade my GX back to R469 with forwarder dated 6/6,

i cant get the 16/6 forwarder work n the r5xx also.

i using cIOS 36 rev10.
should i update something for the latest version to work for me?
OR should i get my HD format by 2 partition? one FAT one WBF??

Quick question:

My Philips 250GB HDD doesn't get recognized when I turn on the Wii the next day. When I replugin the HDD and restart my Wii it works. How can I fix it? Maybe with the latest revision?

Can I format my FAT32 USB HDD to WBFS under USB loader gx (I found info that I can do that under waninkokos usb loader but what about gx) ? Better format it in USB loader, or under any wbfs manager in Windows ?

yes you can use the gx loader to do it
doesn't really matter I think

I prefer to use WBFS manager 3.01. Formatting with a loader sometimes creates problems on other loaders

Is it as simple as this.
When a game is not working, just extracted the dol from the iso and use it as an alternate iso?
that will work for IOS reloading bames, but not all

Will it work with Indiana Jones SOK?

No it doesn't. It hangs when trying to load fate of atlantis if you use block IOS reload.

I am using the USB Loader GX and don't have any issues with it but I wanted to try the new revision. I am currently using the forwarder Channel.

I only got one doubt, AFAIK - a forwarder is pointing to the dol in my SD Card. What confuses me is that the forwarder Channel is also updated along with the dol revisions ( can I not use the latest dol revision with my old channel?) which I think is the 14-06-09 version.

Is there a place to download the alternate files? Or do I have to rip them to the Wii and do that whole process? It might be pretty cool if future revisions of USB Loader GX included all the alternate files. Unless that's illegal or something.

those dols are copyrighted game code. So there is no legal way of downloading them

the forwarder can contain bugs. So when they find one, it's updated

So can I use the old Forwarder Channel that I have? As I am ok with it at the moment, or will it create issues?

Thx for the quick reply.
