And so one can grab updated channels, your site is where?

Do I need to prep my HDD in any way to work with this? I read in another tutorial I need to reformat to FAT32, but that means only 32GB of data which sucks... >_>;

to use only you hdd , but otherwise the loader use the WSBF partition as all other , only if you want to run it from the hdd an not the SD , but theme and cover are not editable yet i think for the usb direct , you still need you sd, an when your sd is in your wii the homebrew channel dont see the app on your fat 32 partition,

, fot the 32 gig, i read that if you use partition magic or similar software you can make an fat partition as big as you want, for me 30 gig is way enought ,

Okay, I'll ask this question then, here's whatI have:

Wii with 3.2U for Starfall.

I read I need cIOS36rev9 so I've downloaded that, but my cousins are using the Wii for Wii Fit right now, so I won't bother doing this until tomorrow.

I have a Maxtor OneTouch III and downloaded the Device Tool Manager so that I can avoid spindown, I'll be checking that out now.

Vista won't let me format to FAT32, only to NTFS... so I have no idea how I'm supposed to get FAT32 on this thing. I read about WBFS and saw a program to get WBFS on Windows OS, but when I clicked the button it took me to filedropper and the file was 'gone'.

How exactly do I get it to a point where I can put files on it (prepping the HDD) and then move it to my Wii to play? Also is 3.2U fine or am I supposed to be using 4.0 or something to use this?

EDIT: I downloaded WBFS Manager by AlexDP, checking it out now, not sure if it's what I need :S

I just updated the Loader "Channel", to revision 403. Will someone please test it? Thanks!

P.S. ~ Does the "official" channel and forwarder use Waninkoko's or Comex's loader??

Thanks!

Thanks. I just added someone else to help keep up on the channel versions, good to see that your just an all around kinda guy who can update anything and everything

I added some code to reset the download count when a new channel is added and reset the count manually. Not that its a big deal, just an FYI

I'm using both of these, and mine works fine.

I am using USB Loader Gx with revision 366 and previous revisons and the application was running ok, except for minor bugs such as in the occasion were I downloaded a corrupted boxart.

so I tried to run the boot.dol of rev 399 and I received this code dump:

Exception(DSI) occured!

Stack dump:

Code Dump:
80a72d68: 80030000 81240000 7F804800 409E0014

80a72d88: 7C6B1B78 2F850000 419E0024 880B0000

I also tried to run the boot.dol of rev 403 and I receive this code dump
Code Dump:
80a73d18: 80030000 81240000 7F804800 409E0014
