Thanks for your answers.
Still no luck with r262.
I have a PAL Wii.
USB ISO Loader options are set to default values (tried playing with them with no luck too).
If i change IOS to 222, i get 'Failed to set USB: Error: -128'
Any suggestion?

What is the Standard IOS you chose on the global settings? Please post this as an Issue i am going to fix it later today after college.

@Meannekes
How can i install IOS 222? (sorry i'm a noob

)

@dimok
Standard ISO is 249.
Please note that the Failed to set USB: Error: -128' error appears when i select IOS 222 then try to launch Bleach versus crusade.

Is IOS 222 mandatory to make Bleach versus crusade work? (again the very same game works fine with USB Loader 1.5)

In fact I have IOS 222 installed.
The error only occurs when i select IOS 222 for this game only (instead of setting it globally).

@JussiPik
Yes it's NTSC-J
With language set to Japanese the game still freezes on 'Now Loading'.

@order

did you try to change video mode to auto patch from settings? that`s how i got all my japanese games to work.

Yes, i can see the first usual screens in japanese telling me how to use the wiimote & nunchuck, then it freezes the bleach loading screen.
Other NTSC-J games work on my wii, like Tatsunoko Vs Capcom for example.

@order

i had similar kind of bug: i made custom settings for sky crawlers (ntsc-j) but it freezed to loading screen, after that i tried do the same thing via settings menu(video mode= autopatch/language=japanese), and i got it working that way.

I finally got it to work.
The only working option for me seems to be 'Disc default' for video mode.

Thanks for your help!

I know there is a disc thread but I didnt want to post these there..

I have edited a few box arts for the games that have trouble or do not work..
I got these from the USB Loader compatibility wiki There are 31 images total.. 1.99m
Just put them in your covers folder/replace existing files.

Hermes, from EOL, made a new CIOS222 with some special features like linked hacks (for example, the USB 2.0 driver are embeded into the program, not into the CIOS); and a watchdog, that prevent chrashes or locked I/O.

Can you support this new CIOS222?. You need to add this linked hacks into the usbloader, and add a "check header IOS" (there are an example into the uloader's source) to detect if it use the new methods of linked hacks. All are documented into the source in this package:

I just went by the wiki... Sorry if they work for you? I was not aware of any fixes for these games... I havnt tried them.. Just thought I would do that to cut down on some of the confusion. If people start up a game and it doesnt work, at least they know they arent the only ones.

If anyone finds some of these that do work and are mislabeled, Report to the wiki and remove them from your pack and get some fresh ones.

Metriod Prime 3 asks me for a disc !! Thought it did with everyone??

Deadly creatures requires a disc for Pal Wii & Pal Game or Wii will freeze.
Metriod prime does require a disc for the NTSC version. Game starts then a messgae will ask to put in the Metriod game disc.

P.S. Any disc will do the trick - Wii, Cube, CD, DVD. Wii does not read any info on the disc just needs one inserted.
