The one I have does. And if it does not you can check with where you got it from.
If you are asking if they both run the boot.dol in usbloader, it is very likely but I haven't installed those wads so I couldn't say for sure.
And just as a reminder, I'm willing to bet that those wads are safe but bad wads can damage your Wii.

can someone post the config.txt and directions for custom bg i wanna try the mario one a few pages back!
add a config folder to the root of your sd card, and add a config.txt in the new folder.
Add this entry for 4:3:
theme_path = SD:/mytheme/
where mytheme is whatever the hell your folder containing the theme is.
Add this entry for 16:9:
wtheme_path = SD:/mytheme/
The theme maker should have included a theme.txt if any of the coordinates are not default. Here is where I got that info from http://code.google.com/p/usbloader-gui/wiki/ThemeSettings
