Hacking USB Loader GX

Is anyone able to load Rogue Trooper Pal on their NTSC system? If so, what video setting did you use?

ok , here's a new issue (i don't think anyone has mentioned it yet) .

smash bros brawl texture swaps don't work with this usb loader . ocarina codes work but the texture files are apparently not being read from the SD card .

this is the same problem i was having before . booting with the ocarina homebrew app would make all wiird codes work but not texture swaps . booting with geckoOS (with built in ocarina) did work .

i have seen other USB loaders work with brawl texture swaps . brisma's modified usb loader works , as does "configurable usb loader" . i haven't seen the coding for it , but i'm guessing it has someting to do with access to the SD file structure .

any coders know what functions etc hold this functionality ?

If you get a code dump with 229+ when trying to download covers/discs without an IP to appear (192.168.xxx.xxx) it's because your wifi settings doesn't work.

I bet it was the IDE to USB adapter that didnt put your HDD to sleep and fried it while spinning at full speed for 3 hours

Put the HDD in a plastic bag and place it in the freezer for a couple of hours.

it is already cold, it wasn't spinning, it was in sleep mode with no command to wake it up (maybe my adapter fault)
I don't think it's a heat problem, I already use it for hours without problem.

i hade issue in the past with old hdd , the freezer methode is actualy working offen , like the other guy told you put it in a plastic bag, i have been able to save cusial data like that in the past, and by the way i use an external enclosure, i never shut it down it is allways on, so o good sugestion would be to buy yourself a little enclosure they are very cheap , i paid mine 12$ canadian

I think you need to have the sd:/config/ folder

Save is working for me (r242).

This loader is almost perfect! my only wish is for a way to shutdown the wii (not just to standby - yellow)
because my HD doesn't turn off.
This option only works for me if i turn off wiiconnect24 which is a pain to do everytime...
maybe a config option???

images are in sd:\images\

For each game, it creates a "settings.cfg" file in "SD:/config/".
For global, it creates a "global_settings.cfg" file in "SD:/config/".
