Hacking USB Loader GX not showing all gamecube games

Hey, was running into some issues with usb loader gx that I couldn't fix:

I have a few gamecube games on my hard drive, but only a few of the games actually show up. To access the other games I have to boot nintendont on its own, then select the games through there.

My wii, only showing Melee PAL and NTSC, not the other 2 games

My current filestructure, each folder has a game.iso inside.

Is this an issue with Loader or Nintendont, and how can I go about fixing it?

Disable Favorite mode (the star icon in the top menu) to display all your games.
With the Favorite enabled you see : Your favorite (rank 1 to 5), newly installed game for 24h whatever the favorite rank.

To set favorite rank :
game>option>Favorite

or

Setting>gui>game window : Rotating disc
Select a game > click on the stars
