I'm trying to use USB Loader GX while both of my drives are plugged into the Wii U. The drive with my Wii U games is in Port 1 and my drive with Wii/GC games is in Port 0.

However, with the Loader's IOS set to 249-251, the USB device isn't initialised, therefore no games are found.
With the Loader's IOS set to 58, the USB device is initialised and the games are found. Gamecube games launch and run fine (with Nintendont), but Wii games just kick me back out to the Wii menu.

Furthermore, if I just leave the drive with the Wii/GC games plugged in, and move it to Port 1 (with Loader's IOS set to 249) everything works fine.

Is there a solution for this?

Exact same issue for me. Actually, I use a HDD enclosure that cannot work as external USB device on the Wii U side (error formatting HDD). Maybe it's related. On my old Wii, everything works flawlessly though.

Edit: ok, so it's not coming from the HDD itself (which makes sense). Just change game IOS to 251 in loader's settings and keep IOS 58 for loader IOS with HDD connected to bottom port.
