Hacking USB Loader GX doesn't load at all

Disclaimer, I'm a total noob at this and don't really know what I'm doing, I just followed a guide and this was the end result

I installed homebrew channel on my Wii to run NTSC Brawl (for PM), whenever I run the USB loader GX, all that comes up is this message

Reloading into ios 236
Starting up
Initializing controllers
Initialize USB (wake up)
Reloading ios 249...0
Init wbfs...0
Initialize sd card
Initialize usb device
Loading configuration...done
Reloading IOS to config setting (222)...-2


Then nothing happens, I left it like that for ages and nothing happened, does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Running on PAL Wii, it's not the USB drive cause it works fine on my Wii U's vWii (have USB Loader GX installed there and it works perfectly)
