USB loader GX can't see my emunand saves

I noticed that once in a while my saves "disappear" from games I played before, often played last time long ago. I have the same games installed and saves shows up on save manager gx, but when I boot a game, it just suggest to create a new profile. Emunand save settings set on partial and I haven't changed it.

Save manager now talls me that facelib database is corrupted

I found out that USB loader make new data on the Wii nand, despite the emunand save setting set on partial. What do I do?
