Hacking USB Loader GX Can't change game ID

I've been trying to change the game ID of one of my games to a custom ID so I can install a mod alongside it, but GX wont save the custom ID I input the new id and it immediately switches back to how it should be. How can I fix this?

What game is it ??

No game will save the ID change but the game I'm trying is New Play Control - Pikmin 2 (R92E01)

I can't change the ID in GX and changing it in the file name makes the game not launch. I'm very stuck
