Hi i have sandisk cruzer blade 128gb and i formated it to fat32 and put there a game with backup manager. But when i try to load it with usb loader gx it just shows a blackscreen and disconnects my wii remote. I tried to format my usb to wbfs and everything is working. Any ideas how to fix that ?

don't use flash drive with fat32.
use HDD, or try with NTFS instead of FAT32. Or just use WBFS if you said it's working.

Like Cyan said, use a hard drive. Your issues will be gone. Or if you have issues, they're easily fixable.
