Hello,

I bought a premodded wii for my the holidays. I loaded it with back up manager the same way the hard drive that came with it was loaded.

We booted it up on Christmas and browsed the games but when going to laod them we got a black screen. EXCEPT once and it played one time.

** UPDATE **
If we load a OEM game in the Wii, play the game, then exit to USB GX loader. We can load a game. If we exit the USB game we have to reboot the Wii and start the process all over again to play a USB Gx game.

I also found ModMii and loaded my syscheck and did everything it told me to update. ModMii is a lifesaver and should be on all these posts.

I have been though all the videos and Cios updates. I am at my wits end.
Here is my syscheck

Hello,

If you have a simple USB cable connected to wii, it may not work correctly.

your external hard drive is with a Y cable or a power supply electric ??

it helps with a Y-cable or power supply electric for the external hard drive.
