Hacking USB game wouldn't work when transferred from PC, but it did when i

I already had a scrubbed version of Lego Batman on my PC. It was the version that I'd burned to a disc for the Gamma loader, and I've been using for a long time.

When I transferred it to my harddrive for use with the USB loader it wouldn't work at all. I deleted it off the harddrive, put the backup disc in the drive and imported it right from there and it works fine!
