Is it possible to start US wads on PAL Wii? I know about freethewads but thats not what I am looking for

It is, but I think you'll have to use a homebrew app when booting them to force the game into your video mode. (Gecko OS, maybe???) I'd recommend installing wads of only your region, but I suppose you can try.

You can install them without problem.
If you have priiloader, you can patch the system menu to be region free, or any other methods to patch/launch region free channels, like GeckoOS.
If launching them is a problem (not working, wrong video mode, etc.), then you can use a game loader to load your channel.
for example USBloaderGX list all your installed channels and let you launch them, whatever the region. additionally, You can patch the video, the language, add cheatcodes, etc.
