I'd leave it up to chance at that point, but there's always a Chimecho with Heal Pulse and Yawn. You could get even more dirty with Truant Durant Entrainment to give yourself time.

Both Chimecho and Durant are transfer only, meaning Pokebank! Why go through all that hassle just for one specific mon when there are WAY simpler ways?

Can i just rush the game with a hacked pokemon that i have from pkhex?

Why wouldn't you be able too? Also, if it passes the legality checks, never worry about genned mons

It's in the Observatory where you complete the Electric trial. Go in the main door, then though the next door, turn left and go to the end of the hall. The sticker is on the box.

6:47 one is Mount Hokulani (Electric trial), just go down the road.

I THINK it's in Hano Beach Resort since a LOT of them are around that place. Take the elevator to it.

Supposedly, it's at the top floor, so either an elevator or stairs, unless it's at a different hotel. Are you checking at the one next to the Pokecenter or the one at the far right of the city?
