Yeah I even went as far as to beat my score in 3 different ways:

1. ONLY using "Over the Gyarados" and nothing else
2. Ending the run with "Over the Gyarados"
3. Performing the move all 4 ways (Left, Down, Right, Up; Down, right, up, left; Right, up, left, down; up, left, down, right)

Now I can't really try anything else since my scores are over 80k - 100k and that's pretty tough Lol.

I know what you mean about the scores, for Poni mine is 123K since I got incredibly lucky the first time and didn't crash into anything, so now I can't beat it!

The TMs are in the same places as in Sun/Moon from what I've seen, so try Bulbapedia for the list and check the locations.

Nope for these 3 tm though ,i already checked ,the bulk up and sword dance were from pokemart tm shop ,but i have visit and bought all tm from the shop never even see those 2 tm at all ,and for thunderbolt ,the old sun moon location is now replace with other thing.

Best bet then is to wait a day or two for Serebii to update with US/UM info then...

How many tries did that take you? I STILL haven't found even a single shiny legend after 300 total soft resets! Do you have the shiny charm?

That was about 650 SR since last night, I don't have the shiny charm yet.

Was it a good nature at least? Can't imagine finding a shiny legend and realizing it has a terrible nature

Lol not really, I would have liked Timid but she's Sassy. I'll take what I can get though...

If you need specific natures, have something with the nature you want and the Synchronize ability in the first party slot. That way, you get that nature 50% of the time (both wild mons and gift mons). But yeah, not gonna say no to a shiny!

You can save before the legend to SR for a shiny right? I heard something about it being determined when you enter the wormhole.

You can save before the legend to SR for a shiny right? I heard something about it being determined when you enter the wormhole.

Legends/UBs are determined shiny or not when battle starts, while non-legends/non-UBs when you enter the hole, meaning you can soft-reset for shiny legends/UBs, but the regular mons will stay shiny or not (use that to your advantage to get good natures).

I found a shiny Calm Regice on the first try on a rare-1 wormhole and now I've found a shiny Heliolisk that I'm soft resetting for Timid in a rare-2 wormhole right after! Keep them rolling!

Struggle does 1/4th to the user's health, I would have to use Heal Pulse every second turn and that would be a real pain, plus, you need to have it's HP under 1/3rd to make it easier to catch, something impossible with the method you suggested

So...why not let it get down to 1/4 HP and put it to sleep with the backup Spore user?

For the simple reason that the moment it wakes up, it will kill itself with Struggle before you can put it to sleep again. Don't forget that they wake up at random and they will definitely make a move. I prefer Paralysis, red health, then a Water Absorb and a X Sp. Def. for that bulk, then use Rotom Catch and spam Timer Balls (from turn 13 and on).

I'd leave it up to chance at that point, but there's always a Chimecho with Heal Pulse and Yawn. You could get even more dirty with Truant Durant Entrainment to give yourself time.
