You need:-
Cheat Engine
PCSX2 1.6.0
US version of Urban Reign



Step 01: Start Urban Reign - Move Customizer For All Fighters CE table





Step 02: Start PCSX2 v1.6.0 and boot Urban Reign





Step 03: Back to Cheat Engine, Click attach button





Step 04: Choose PCSX2 process





Step 05: Click Open





Step 06: Click Yes to keep the list




DONE, now the CE table is connected to the emulator
