Hardware Upscaling with PAL Wii U?

Hello,

I just bought a PAL Wii U and I like it so far, but there is a major problem with it: PAL Wii U games won't be upscaled!!!

Now I have a question regarding this:

Will my PAL Wii U be able to upscale NTSC Wii games? I would use vWii for this.
