Hacking Upgrading to 3.3U or 3.4U ?

All, with the recent "4.0U" update being the only one available from "N" via your Wii Console, I was wondering the following:

If you currently have 3.2U or 3.3U , Is there a simple way to upgrade to 3.4U only ?

i think any region changer should be capable of that or you install it from a game with 3.4

i don't know, i haven't seen a game with 3.4, yet. but i heard somewhere, that "Mario Power Tennis (New Play Control)" has 3.4 on it

One last "stupid" question.

I have that game, how do I check to see if 3.4U is on it? (I already have 4.0U on mine, but i have to mod a family members later and I'm most comfortable modding a 3.4U system.

there are different ways
get the wii update manager frome here and it will tell you the version

or open the disc with wiiscrubber 1.4
look for the first partition, then for a folder _sys ot something like this and look for a file called RVL-WiiSystemmenu-vXXX. xxx stands for a 3 digit number and you can compare this number here
