Apple Upgrading from a Jailbroken 4.1 to 4.2?

I have a jailbroken iPad running 4.1 and was wondering how to upgrade to 4.2 jailbroken without bricking my iPad?

How do you have 4.1 on your iPad? :s

Regardless of your device, you can always update or restore (I recommend the latter option) to iOS 4.2.1 in iTunes; iOS updates don't brick jailbroken devices.

Unless you delete that file on root that makes your ipod not connect to any USB hardwares
