Upgrade hacked Switch SD card from hacked 3DS question

So my New 3DS XL has a 256GB SD card in it, but the hacks are system-wide in that console so I'm not concerned about what I need to do to relocate the files on that SD card to the one that's in my Switch.
My Switch has an SD card that's 64GB so I've been having limitation issues for awhile now.
Anyway, what I want to know is what files I need to transfer over from the current SD card the Switch has to the card I'm taking from my 3DS. Of course, I'd like to know the entire process, like what I may need to do in Hekate and if I gotta format something, etc.

If you don't have an hidden partition emunand on the switch, then just copy the data off to a computer and transfer it to another card if that is what you want to do.

Dude Amazon has a legit 1TB card for 54 bucks. The amount of time you spend doing all this you could pay for that card working a min wage job. Just get a bigger card
