Hacking Updating to 4.0

OK can someone please give me a guide on the best way to update to 4.0 and how to install cIOScorp and Preloader v.29
i am on 3.2E with Softmii 2.1.1 (Preloader, cIOScorp, all that)
please help me i am a quite a noob i just want to update to 4.0 and have all the 4.0 features and be able to play games through disc channel and have brick protection

I dont think disk channel loading works on 4.0 not 100% sure tho
