Hacking Updating Reinand

Ok, I have managed to get reinand 3.1 and emunand running on my system - to update the emunand do I just update as I normally would from the 3ds system whilst in emunand?

Just making certain before I do something I regret.

Also, how can I be certain I am in emunand as with reinand 3.1 there is no longer a "Rei" next to the version number as there was in reinand v2

Yes, to update your emuNAND just go into system settings on emuNAND and update. There's a couple ways to tell if you're on emuNAND.

Use a different theme or layout for your emunand.
