Hacking Updating a 3000, saves question

I have been using my slim with the 5.03 GEN-C (HEN) method, my question is, if I apply the 6.20 permanent CFW installation, will it mess up my saves? If that's the case, is there any way to fix/patch them to work on the 6.20? Cuz I believe it won't be possible to go back to 5.03 =/

It is entirely possible to go back to 5.03.

I upgraded from 5.50 Gen D3 with Prom 4 Patch and none of my saves are corrupted (May be wrong, I have not checked them all)

But MagicSave appears to be able to fix your saves.
