Hi @ all,

since most games now require a system update (at least for game updates) I wanted to know if there are any downsides of updating my a9lh machine?
Has homebrew been blocked or do I just need a new homebrewlauncher update to run all the homebrew again?

best wishes.

p.s.: I am fine with a9lh and see no need to upgrade to bs9.

Like mac said, there's no downside and everything is basically working on 11.5, but you should update to B9S. CFWs and homebrew like GodMode9 have dropped support for all pre-B9S entrypoints. This means everyday you are growing more and more out of date when updating only takes a few minutes. I don't want to force you do update, but it's rather foolish to stay on A9LH at this point.

thanks for your help. I do not use GodMode9 and all the homebrew I use still supports a9lh. luma 7.0.5 runs like a charm.
